Standards Based Training
Here, our principles will focus on how to improve the quality of your work through a set of performance standards and assessment. Our work, along with that of others, has uncovered the key to implementing standards and assessments in order to create sustainable accountability systems. We recognize that there will be strong headwinds, including turnover of top leadership and others employed in the system, in addition to changes in direction of corporate and board policies. We believe that in order to improve the quality of work and all stakeholders’ learning, we must push for authentic standards linked to quality assessments. We can help you with this trend, as we believe that taking standards seriously in the work place has profound implications for the organization, the priorities, and resources allocated to the organization.
Primary Objective
Participants will:
- Be able to clearly align performance to the standard
- Understand the reason to focus on a few key concepts to promote rigor and relevance to the organization
